Central High School Resource Officer

The School Resource Officer at Central High School is Deputy F.T.O. James Naylor.  Deputy Naylor is an Alumni of Central High School, and graduated with the class of 1995.  He has been a Deputy for the Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office since 1997.  Upon his initial employment, he worked at the Hamilton County Justice Building as a Corrections Officer.  He went to the Tennessee Law Enforcement Training Academy in 2002, and transferred to the Patrol Division.  In 2005, he was selected to be a member of the Traffic/Homicide Division.  In October of 2007, he interviewed for an opportunity to work in the School Resource Officer Division, and was selected.  He is also currently a Field Training Officer for both the Patrol and S.R.O. Divisions.
